I have always been used to workout, every single day almost. I love it, its a part of who I am. I love to get up very early, like 4-5 am to work out, I did it in Thule all the time.
So what happens when the gym is taken away from you?
What happens when you are not able to work, not even to get a job, not to see a gym, not finding the motivation to get up in the morning, You get FAT...
There is something about getting pregnant, and there is something going on when you add moving to another country, loosing everything you use to know, the groceries is different, fast food is sooo easy.
And Hey, everybody knows McDonalds right?
If you read the rest of my blog, you might see Im not 100 procent sure on how much weight I gained. I stopped when I reached 220 pounds I think, I dont even want to write down the number. I was embarassed, from being super fit to being crazy fat.
Dont get me wrong, I loved being pregnant, but still I hated the weight I gained, how heavy I was and how I was not even able to shave my legs.
After given birth, my belly looked like a defalted ballon, and how much fun is that? I looked at my crazy fit friends, whos bellies were nothing like mine.
Right before I gave birth is measured: 124 cm around my waistline, I was used to 75 cm
And I know I shouldnt compare myself, but I did, but I grew with it, did what I had to do to get back in shape, slowly, getting my body back. Thats all I wanted, i wanted to feel great again, to feel attractive, to feel like me. Being best in Coreclasses was and is no longer something I can do, your abs feels floppy and useless after given birth.
One thing is for sure, and its kind of strange. My view on how I look at my body changed alot, I like it and accept it alot more. Look what I did? I carried an amazing little girl inside me (even though I for a moment was sure I gave birth to an alien) And im right here now working on it, what else can I do, im to tired of waking up thinking, why didnt I start a month ago, now im right here in the middle of the process, im actually doing it. If you doubt yourself, you should just do it....
Gosh what an adventure having a baby...
Tomorrow, after and now pictures...
